By purchasing any support service or product on our site, you agree to the following refund policy:

We stand behind our services 100%. If we’re unable to fix a repair issue or you are not happy with the first draft design when it’s a full website design job, a full refund will be issued. However, if you cancel before we start or don’t provide the necessary access, only 50% will be refunded. The same applies if we find no issues with your website. Alternatively, you can opt for a full refund in store credit.

Note:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • This policy excludes monthly/annual maintenance plans, hourly support, or special offers.
